A stunning Chinese blue and white porcelain ginger jar with matching domed lid. Hand-painted with traditional five-clawed dragons amid stylized clouds and waves. The cobalt blue decoration is rich and well-defined against the creamy white ground. Produced in Jingdezhen in the traditional manner, late Qing dynasty. Height with lid: 32cm.
